HE THINKS DYING TO SAVE THE WORLD WAS THE LEAST HE COULD DO, AND STILL DOESN’T EVEN CUT IT FOR EVERYTHING HE’S DONE. HE THINKS THAT BEING LUCIFER’S VESSEL HAS RENDERED HIM LESS THAT THE MUD OFF OF A DEMONS BOOT. HE BELIEVES IT TO THE VERY DEPTH OF HIS SOUL.
BUT THEN DEATH, THIS ETERNAL BEING WITH THE WISDOM OF THE UNIVERSE, AND THE POWER OF TEN, LOOKS AT SAM, AND EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE, AND IS SO PROUD OF HIM, HE IS HONORED TO MEET SAM, THE MONSTER. BECAUSE HE SEES SAM FOR WHAT HE REALLY IS, AND THAT IS A HERO.
BECAUSE DEATH KNOWS WHAT SAM CANT EVEN COMPREHEND: HAVING DEMON BLOOD DOESN’T MAKE YOU DIRTY. HAVING THE TITLE OF SATANS VESSEL DOESN’T MAKE YOU A MONSTER. SAM COULD HAVE NOTHING BUT DEMON BLOOD AND POISON IN HIS VEINS AND HE COULD STILL NEVER BE A MONSTER. HIS WORKS CAN NEVER OVERPOWER HIS FAITH AND PURE GOODNESS OF HEART, AND BECAUSE OF THIS, HE CAN NEVER BE ANYTHING, BUT A HERO.
